Flying Taxis for Indonesia inspired by Historic Mysteries?

June 2024

Well, the age of the Jetsons is coming for real!
Indonesia will soon be testing Flying Taxis for the new capital of Borneo called Nusantara!

So what to say……well, I would so love to fly over the Monkey Forest of Ubud to avoid the traffic jams. The monkeys can scan the taxis flying over to collect tolls and fees to subsidize their new menus! And I imagine the aircraft censors will help avoid mid-air crashes… as I am sure those thoughts come up… but wait— do we really need to wait until 2045??

Considering the new capital on Borneo- Nusantara ( meaning archipelago ) will have its new parliament building in the shape of a Garuda Bird, designed by a Balinese architect, I cannot help but think about the Vimanas- the ancient flying chariots of India….

Imagine the technology of designing aircraft has been with us from ancient times.
Vimanas have been recorded in early Veda texts of India. They were known as the chariots of the gods with immense powers. Some of these aircraft flew with bird-like wings and others designed in various other shapes were created mysteriously with advance technologies… and perhaps could have been UFOs?

And do we all remember the Dandu Monara? – the flying wooden peacock used by King Ravana of Lanka. He flew Sita to his palace in style.

Thankfully, Hanoman was able to rescue Sita with the help of his own flying capabilities!

Love these stories and perhaps legends were very real.
Life has truly been full of a Hundred and Million More Miracles!

Wishing all the best for Nusantara!
